In support of Ukraine

Miranda1008 has suggested we do a blue and yellow blip today in support of Ukraine. Their national flower is the sunflower and mine has kindly started flowering today. Getting blue sky was the fun part, every time I went outside to blip these the clouds rolled over.

 Eastern Australia is having record rainfall and flooding, there are evacuation orders for 300,000 people in Sydney. So far we have had no rain as we are inland and the rain is falling before it gets here. It has been forecast everyday but this weather system is testing the meteorologists. 

The sunflower is a self grown Jerusalem Artichoke ( aka sunflower) and is at least 4 metres tall. I see there is a bonus bee. 

Scenes from Ukraine are dire and my thoughts are with the people. I don’t know where this war is heading but we need to somehow stop leaders getting into positions of power when they think of themselves before the people.
