Nan

Nan passed away overnight. She'd been suffering with dementia for some time and then had deteriorated suddenly around a week ago. 

She was a wonderful and kind woman. Whilst we always knew this was coming it remains a very sad thing to actually confront. Love this photo of her and grandad with Seb.
