Getting back to the norm

A damp miserable day, not good when you are heading out for hair appointments!!! I normally have a wander round the shops whilst B has his appointment but today I waited in the salon and looked at all those expensive magazines that I would never buy. I was surprised that their format has not changed much after all these years. 

We visited a couple of shops for planned purchases, then had coffee at a quirky cafe that has lovely cake. 

On the way back to the car we called by the railway station. I’ve booked tickets to London for later in the month and will travel from Lincoln, so wanted to check out the drop off / parking arrangements.
