Breakfast at Craiglockhart Pond

It was a surprisingly frosty morning.  I took a run along the canal and over to Craiglockhart Pond.  There was quite a lot of activity and noise with the birdies.  I don't know what was in the bucket but this Canada Goose seemed to be enjoying it!

At lunchtime we were at The Traverse to see "Oscar"  the first of the plays in "A Play, A Pie and A Pint" season.  A well done musical comedy about a musician who escapes to a remote Scottish island to try to complete a piece of music he's writing.  We bumped into a couple of friends and Mister F's cousin at the play so had a blether over our pie and pint!
