Friend Sue drove over and wrote all transaction from previous SSE/OVO statements.OVO had not sent me statements, because I don't use on line account, was not aware of this, I accepted the amount they had taken, but was then informed I had to pay another £211.37. to clear and upped direct debit another £20.00!! per month Sue and I tried without success to access an ON Line account. Kept coming back with the usual extremely annoying OOPS something went wrong. As I'm all electric. I have no choice, but pay up. 1st extra slightly different view from back bedroom through the trees across to Caol and Corpach. Made myself pancakes and ate them at 3.30pm!! Ha Ha. Comfort eating....
