Chicken korma, did you say?

Frantically busy day today. Had to dash up the coast after work to pick up my son's birthday present - a shiny new bike. This evening made a 10x batch of waffle mix for the school stall day tomorrow, at which I am helping out... making waffles. I bought myself a curry for tea to save time and treat myself and instantly had a new best friend.

I'm not sure how well I will sleep tonight, the possum is back and is crashing about on the roof.
