Pancake Tuesday......!!

How do you like yours ...American or Crepes...!???
Well I made the two kinds today as hubby prefers the thicker American ones and I like the old fashioned thin pancake with loads of lemon juice & sugar...! Delicious..
As children we used to wait in excited anticipation for this day ..the only day in the year that we got pancakes but now I would occasionally make them for our weekend lunch..!!

We had a stunningly beautiful day...hence the photo of my 1 daffodil ...I think there’s one more opening...they are so scarce this year ..I’m not sure why..I think I need to plant more bulbs in the Autumn..!
Uploading this morning (Weds)..totally forgot last night ..have been battling roaring tinnitus for last 2 days ..wearying ..I generally sleep more just ‘to get away from it’...but that leaves me behind with all I want to do...!!
