It’s been one of those memorable days, that you know you’ll never forget…..

An extraordinary day in New Zealand’s history.
The protestors at Parliament have been all but entirely overcome by the force of the NZ Police and have had their Village ransacked & levelled. It was a massive turnout of Police, some in riot gear. Many arrests. Some awful scenes.

I only wish that there had been dialogue between the Govt and the protestors, in the first couple of days,, and that negotiations had begun. I was relieved to hear the Police Negotiator say the same thing on the Breaking News before 6pm.
He also said that there was fault & mistakes on both sides, and that once force was used, there was no turning back.
