A group of fit young men….with their trainers…being put through their paces!

Obviously from Northern Europe

This was the same group who ran past me, yesterday morning…..
We seem to meet shortly after 8 a.m.!

Maybe later in the morning, after breakfast, they continue their fitness regime in a gym …..
