Shrove Tuesday..

Have had better days
My back went ping yesterday so wasn't best pleased when Kev texted to say he couldn't come to work as he had hurt his back at the gym last night.
Phoned my friendly contractor and he sent one of his men up to help feed the cattle as I'm still walking like John Wayne despite an emergency visit to the chiro yesterday afternoon.
We got there in the end then I spent a couple of hours on the living room couch with an ice pack down my back.
Spent the afternoon shifting more straw bales out the shed we need to use for lambing sheep in. Beginning to panic, February ,as usual, was a very quick month.
By tonight I've only got another 130 bales to go but my back couldn't stand any more rattling about in a tractor so had to stop.
Littlemiss decided to make pancakes when she got back from school. She settled for biscoffe spread on them as the half open bottle of lemon juice in the fridge was use before August 2020 !
