Pancake Day

We went to friends for lunch today and I was hoping C might make some pancakes, but she had forgotten it was Pancake Day.  However we had a fabulous  lunch which lasted from 1pm to early evening but by the time we got home neither Mr HB, nor I felt like tossing up a pancake or two.  Shame as I do love them and I had the eggs all ready - maybe tomorrow?
