Grey sky and buzzard

Morning in the office and walked down to the shop at lunchtime.  All my usual walks are blocked at some point by fallen trees. One can scramble through some of them but not on a swift lunchtime walk.  In East Meon we had masses of red kites, here the local raptors are more often buzzards. I loved watching this pair (there is one in the tree) wheeling above me and mewing.

In the afternoon went for a local work meeting, in the gardens at West Dean!  That’s a first.  I am linking up with a quite famous film producer who I’ve known for years to do a kind of classic with a reset.  Well, we’re having a go

Was going to go to the office tomorrow but the tube strike has driven all my meetings online so I’m going to stay here.
