Walk & Talk

Slowly we're settling into a pattern, it's beginning to work. Admittedly the weather put people off today, but having the option of knowing there's a brew at Safe Space, thst I'll be totally chilled if people don't fancy the walk... It meant that whilst only two wandered round the seawall* in the mizzle four others turned up to say hi. In reality that's massive, they turned up, they came in, they chatted with others or sat in amiable silence. One lady told me its the only interaction she gets with other folk from week to week.
Made me more determined to find more funding to make this continue to be available for them.
Oh, and there were pancakes. Ace.

I've been told that this picture is misleading in its sense of scale. Each of those blocks in the foreground (and there's 2km of them, 12m high and (up to) 64m deep) weighs in at an impressive 25 tonnes.
