Pretty in Pink....

And what a scent! The whole of the greenhouse at RHS Hyde Hall has been planted up with 7,600 bulbs - tulips and hyacinths - so it was wonderful to walk through there this morning and I still have the hyacinth perfume in my nose now!

Some of the areas at Hyde Hall are still roped off after the recent storms as they're assessing what to do with some of the trees that got damaged.

A dry and mostly sunny day so far so that lured us out for a little walk at Hyde Hall - had to buy some more peat free compost there too and may have 'saved' some half price plants (primroses) from death by bringing them home with me and have already split them up making 6 plants from 2!
