Launching the Kayak

I didn't go out with the walking group today, as I managed to get a dental appointment this morning to get my tooth fixed.

After they fixed my tooth, I drove to Bremner Bay and walked from there to Beacon Point, where I watched this guy launch his kayak.  Seconds later he was on the lake checking his phone!!  (Extra 1).  I have done 10K steps, so will put my feet up.  It has been a fine day, so I am sure the walkers had a nice walk too.
