... Inside the Victorian fernery I blipped a few days ago. Today we were the only visitors to this part of Benmore Gardens, and inside the fernery, with its new double-glazed roof, it was beautifully silent with slightly exotic smells from the assembled ferns and soil. This collection is actually on one of the many stones left protruding from the walls.
