Perfect Sunday evening viewing

I started the day with my usual trip to the tower for a ringing session, followed by a cuppa at Costa.

After a nice lunch, we settled down to watch the Carabao cup final. It was a great match, going all the way to penalties and ending with the keepers having to take penalties as for once, everyone got their penalty kicks spot on. Poor old Kepa skied his into the stand so Liverpool won. He had been subbed on specially for the shootout but then didn’t manage to save any kicks and missed his own take! Not the finest Tuchel tactic!

Now I am settled down for a bit of Miss Marple before bed and a good night’s sleep (hopefully) before it is back to work for me after half term off.
