Wheels Down

Our Motel in Romulus, Michigan, near the Detroit Airport was on the landing pattern. This gave me the chance for about 60 shots of planes passing overhead. Actually, I was hoping for a 747 but that didn't happen.

The noise might have been a problem for light sleepers. At busy times there was a plane about every three minutes.

We drove from Lansing to Detroit in a driving rain. It made me long for Sunny Arizona which is generally rain-free.
