a drop in the Ukrainian ocean…

… that’s what this feels like, but if you’re like me and want to try and help Ukraine’s people you’ll find a way. So I’ve set up a just giving fundraiser linked to the Red Cross Ukrainian Crisis appeal, and have been digging out clumps of snowdrops from around the garden, so I can give them to local folk next week if they fancy making a donation.

(You may know that snowdrops are very much the symbol of peace over here, as they were the symbol adopted for the (successful) campaign to ban handguns in the UK, established after the Dunblane shooting tragedy)
