Sunrise

So at work today.. and feeling v worst for wear.
It was a beautiful sky.. 
I managed to get through the day.. exhausted ready for.pottery throw down if i can stay awake and work tomorrow.
A.beautfiui sunny day.. so had forgotten alcohol=Carb munching.
Lunch time trat a subway..  My goodness that was stressful to.many things to choose it did the job.
