Roughly the age I felt at the finish!

Almost perfect conditions for the Winter Bash, 10.2 miles trail race starting from the next village. A few seconds lost waiting to cross busy roads, negotiating stiles and also dibbing in at the checkpoints, however a very respectable 8th overall.  They don’t do veterans classes until you’re over 60, so I had to make do with placing with the masses!  Lots of PBs and finished in 1 hr 16, now really quite tired, so retiring to the Rodney for the evening!
