6°C  -  26 mph SSE Wind Speed  -  40 mph Gusts  -  Sunny.  Shopped for essentials like Blueberries, Coconut Water, Milk and Prosecco☺ Celebrated two birthdays by phone this morning  -  my sister in Casino, Glasgow, and friend Anne Hughes at home in Eastbourne. Hope my sister wins at the Casino  -  she usually does, and at Bingo☺  Me?  Never!  However, this lady has an excellent remedy which I often follow  -  like today☺
