Waiting for the lights to go out in the Hippodrome

Was given tickets so along with a packed audience of septuagenarians I went to the international hit show New Jersey Nights which took us on a musical journey celebrating the greatest hits of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. The four great singers produced perfect harmonies, wore stylised costumes, were backed by a rockin' live band and there were fantastic dancers. We heard all of the Four Seasons hits, including: Sherry, Rag Doll, Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You, Big Girls Don't Cry, Let's Hang On, Walk Like a Man, Dawn, Silence is Golden, Oh What a Night and many more....

Grey haired biddies and their equally grey haired mates stood and swayed, wiggled, waved and sang, clapped and whistled and yelled - we left on our knees...
