Glasgow Harbour

The weather has been a bit mixed today.

This is a view from Govan looking towards the Glasgow Harbour development.

Glasgow Harbour has been one of the most controversial property developments in the city. It has been criticised that the Clydeside luxury flats do not contribute anything to the community of Partick due to their isolated location. A BBC documentary suggested the flats have a life span of 50 years, incredible when you consider the price of the properties.

In 2009 Glasgow Harbour was described as "one of the best examples of atrocious late 20th Century developer-led nonsense".
