Green as Grasshoppers

In case you hadn't heard it's wet.
We went down to see if the creek was up this morning. It's over the road but not impassable. In fact, despite all the rain we haven't been unable to cross since about this time last year. What that takes is a lot of rain in a very short period.
The leeches are out in force and I don't venture into the vegetable patch without a shaker of salt in my pocket. Only got one today, still on the outside of my jeans, but it was a biggie.
I'm not sure if the blip is more insect porn or a parent with child on the back. The top one is much smaller.

Mr isbi has joined Blip! 
That's good as presumably he will be even more obliging when I want to take photos, not that he isn't already supportive.
But of late he has been very helpful in doing some of my commenting for me (always acknowledged with a J) and now he will probably be too busy doing his own.
