Orange pore fungus

Favolaschia calocera

I thought it was a bit early in the season for interesting fungi, but I'd seen them popping up in other New Zealanders images so I went hunting.

I'd only ever found these orange pore fungi in South Canterbury before, but spotted them in Christchurch today.
