Still celebrating!

This is my favorite cake and it’s really easy to make. Whip up some heavy whipping cream and vanilla and add this mixture between layers of chocolate cookies. Use the leftover mixture to ice the stacked cookies. Put the cake in the refrigerator for four hours. Delicious!
