Egyptology

I have been reading this month's Book Club choice. It is Jodi Picoult's recent book, The Book of Two Ways which in parts takes the reader to the world of Egyptology. There is a vivid description of a model boat found in one of the desert coffins. It was exactly the same as the one I saw in the museum so it deserves a blip.

A lovely walk with my chum Gill this afternoon. Sun shining and reasonable breeze.
