Strava Day 272/75 Hard Off Phase Day 27.
Mindful walk and indoor yoga done. This is where I was at 5:55 but it's not my 5:55 shot. It's last night's gratitude and art therapy. Am not sure if anyone can relate but am quite uncomfortable leaving unfinished work and usually have trouble delegating however am gradually learning that skill.

B: Oks. (Okay/Sure).

At the gym the other day (after 2 attempts):
B: Bakit kasi kailangan pa video? (Why do we need to shoot a video?)
A: I get pissed when I hear that am just a Photoshop expert plus recording your workouts is recommended so you could check whether or not you performed it properly.
B: May liquify na din kaya for video. (There is already a similar tool in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editors).
A: Ah, sorry. Hindi ako updated. (Oh. Am sorry, am not updated).

B: Derek at Ellen. (Local celebrities)

Edited this entry, changed the image as I have extra time today. Title is in reference to Chew, our beloved puppy. It's his second birthday today and since he is part of our family, we would definitely celebrate in a simple way. Gratitude and light.
