Friday

An ok sleep and awake a bit earlier than yesterday. I took my dissolvable tablet in bed (got to take it half hour before I eat or drink) and then got up. Felt a little bit sick bit as tablet took hold I've been ok. Had another pancake and half a banana for breakfast.
Pottered around a bit but still feeling really weak and exhausted when I do anything.
Lit my candle to get some nice smells going round the flat.
Had a shower and needed a seat after.
Mum came in with some shopping for me and I phoned the dr to talk over new med regime.
Started doing some colouring which felt normal and that felt good.
