A Breath of Fresh Air

For anybody who is unwell or feeling a bit blue, I hope this photo cheers you a bit.

It was taken in Bray, Co. Wicklow at precisely 8am today. This is where I swim. The sea was calm and the sky was clear blue and Her Worship was throwing out light and heat as she rose above the horizon. It is a sight to gladden your heart.

Yesterday in Dublin we enjoyed all 4 seasons (inc a brief flurry of snow) but we had a lovely time anyhow. We were wearing warm and waterproof . Dublin can be heaven
