Bird spinner

Our new neighbors put this up in their yard a day or two ago. It's fun. It wasn't windy, so I didn't catch it spinning.

It's been chilly and a little rainy. We're expecting a rain or ice storm starting this evening. Jill said it's icy in Frostburg, but it's not bad here.
