Black & White Reality

Workmen are always worth a shot. I watched this guy paint the black signpost grey, I have no idea why they have a pot of black paint as well?I can only assume that the grey is some kind of rust prevention treatment. Then again it may be that the supervisors instructions weren't that specific!
