Bedtime Story

Big week at school. There's a big concert on Monday, she is playing in four different ensembles so she's got loads (and loads) of extra rehearsals. But she's going to have a brilliant time. She's singing, she's going to have her first public saxophone performance, first jazz performance, a clarinet performance... Some lovely bassoonery... So a good busy time. 

She had packed herself into the quiet room while "everyone else fights over the showers so I can have some quiet to talk to you in peace". She had a little wobble so I went to find our favourite bedtime story.

I learnt only tonight that they've started making them go to school for prep every night, after parents complained there weren't any proper desk spaces in the boarding house.
