Not so Happy Chappy.

I collected my leaflets ready for my paper round just down the road from Daughter Number 2 so called in to see her until the rain stopped. Baby Jasper had his jabs yesterday so was feeling a bit grotty.

I started my round then met Mr W for lunch. He then joined me for part of my round to help carry the bag and get the leaflets ready which was kind of him then he left me to it and headed back to Lindas.

I clocked up nearly 20 000 steps today and am only half way through my round when Mr W called me to tell me how much they had paid me for my last round...... £60 !!!!! Christ..... that's less than minimum wage!!!

Once the sun started to go down I thought I'd call it a day and headed back to DN2 for dinner and a bed for the night so I can carry on my round in the morning.

Very sad to hear that Russia decided to invade Ukraine today. Sam's girl friend is incredibly worried about her family over there then he sent me a video of bombing in an area he was in just 12 days ago. Both of them had played down the threats, never thinking it would actually happen. What a worrying time we are in. Xxx
