A bucket full
This is our new nursery/farm shop, and their own crop of rhubarb.
Now all I have to do is decided what recipe I am going to use. May be rhubarb and orange pavlovas this weekend.
The Wakefield Rhubarb Festival starts tomorrow.
It has been a day of food shopping.
First Birstall market where we bought some mussels and fish cakes. Also Brie from the cheese monger.
Then it was off to Halifax for our Click and Collect from Sainsbury’s.
After lunch a trip to both farm shops and butchers.
Now back home after rain, snow, freezing cold wind, and sunshine. A real mix of weather.
