A day of questions.

It started when I bought new Norton antivirus for the computers.
I've had Norton for a while and have inadvertently been paying twice!
My own daft fault that one.
And of course the wrong one has expired!
No matter, I need the antivirus so it was either renew or buy new.

Question 1: Why is it twice the price to renew as it is to buy as a new customer???

Question 2: The software indicated it would install "in a few moments"
How long is that exactly?
What constitutes "a few"
How long is a moment exactly?

Question 3: How long does frog spawn take to turn from spawn to frog?

Question 4: Do penguins have knees?

Please: no sensible answers to the above :) Do any of us really care what the answers are?????
