A rainbow day . Busy with hypnotherapy practice, all still fascinating and learning loads . Riding club this eve and Daisy and I got the elusive correct left canter lead and did a beautiful canter rather than our usual rodeo style flake about ( well not quite true but feels like that sometimes) I’ve been practicing the biomechanics exercises and I’m sitting differently and using the visualisations . I’m SO pleased :0)
