Wednesday Walkies

M was going for a spa day with her friend A today so I was able to spend some time with H she came up a little later than she had planned as she had been to see an ex colleague who is also moving to a new job and of course forgot the time ( typical H) then we couldn't decide what to do so by the time we had decided the beautiful weather had changed to a downpour but never mind we decided to go for lunch and then see what the weather was like after but by the time we arrived at Kinver a few miles away the rain had stopped we had lunch at a tiny cafe and then we had a lovely walk along the canal it was quite warm, then we discovered a path leading to the tearoom we visited yesterday so we decided to stop for cake it would be rude not to. Not looking forward to the scales on Saturday but never mind I've enjoyed my week off will be better next week when back at work.
