Fishley Reeds

I started work early but gave myself a break for a quick visit to the canal as sunrise approached.  I was expecting to have a sky with plenty of cloud to catch the sunlight but as ever, things can change quickly and at one stage there was hardly a cloud to be seen.

In the end I was lucky as this cloud came into view just as it was illuminated by the sun's rays.

After that it was back to work and a long day reviewing the current state of licensing records held by the Council.  By the end of the day I had a list of records that need further review but that will have to wait until I can inspect the paper files.

A relatively dry day for a change,
