Wraps
I gradually put on a stone over the past few years, accelerated by lockdown munching. My clever scales can somehow measure fat and BMI and all sorts of other things - with some quite uncomfortable results. So, I’ve now had 10 days of healthy eating (interrupted by a blow out Saturday party night) with quite positive results.
This is my attempt to make low carb spinach wraps for my lunchtime Greek salad.
