Our young charge was delivered at 7 . Usually we pick him up at 7.30 but it worked out differently today as his dad was away and his mum had an hours drive to her place of work . She is so grateful that for most of her time as a working mum she had been able to work from home . She has to go in twice a week at the moment but it shouldn’t be more than twice . It adds 2 hours to the workday when she has to travel .
There is much to say but I’m too tired to be bothered .
