'twas on a Wednesday morning ......

..... the Dunnock came to call!

Good thing I had got this earlier as I didn't manage to get any photos later!

Don't think it was in a very happy mood judging from the grumpy expression! Don't know why ..... there was still plenty of food there!

I decided to have another go at having a walk without getting blown away or wet! Thought I'd be safe as there was plenty of blue sky in evidence!

Still breezy so I had a wander around the little wood ....... it was very quiet .... didn't seem to be anything about! The camera enjoyed its outing though didn't get used!

Then the dark clouds started rolling in so I beat a hasty retreat for home .... made it in time! Yay!

The roof of the nearby Covid vaccination centre was damaged during Storm Eunice last week .... it will not reopen now until at least the end of this week! It is one of two main centres for Lincolnshire so not good for all those who had appointments!

Update on the bones: The police will be remaining in the park until the bones have been identified ..... it will then be decided whether a murder investigation is needed! The area remains closed to the public!
