I forgot to take a photograph….

I was in town at high tide and the harbour was worthy of a photograph or two. But I forgot about it until I was on the bus!
I haven’t seen my own GP for a long time because she did a lot of Covid and care home work over the last two years. It was well worth the £56.00 to see her today. A real old fashioned hands on examination (and she’s young) and I left with a prescription for anti inflammatory, a card to remind me to go for an X-ray and an ultra sound in the pipeline. She also told me that if I can’t take her on a guided town walk then she’ll push me round in a wheelchair. Mmmm better change the route away from all the steps I would normally include!!
