Color on a Gray Day

On this dark rainy day, I'm really enjoying the lively splash of color my commissioned wall quilt provides! I picked it up from the artist yesterday, and once I'm back from the family reunion in Austin (April 10-15), Phil and I will figure out how best to hang it above the sofa.

Some of you may recognize our "in-house" photo studio on the left side of the photo -- the end table next to the west-facing window, and the blue table mat that often serves as a background for our photos.

This is my second all-iPhone blip... I think I may finally be getting the hang of it, although I have no idea what to do if my phone rings while I'm in the midst of typing this entry!
