Back at it

It’s been a while since I’ve picked up the dumbbells in favour of some more gentle movement flows.

We are trialling an at home programme, Street Parking. It looks quite good as there are good modifications for equipment / space restrictions.

Today I was shifting about these two 15kg dumbbells. Appears my strength has stayed largely intact but my conditioning has gone! 5 minute work out needed a bit longer to recover afterwards!
