Paddling

We watched these birds paddling in the shallows as we approached but as the dogs skipped around on the beach the birds departed. We found a bit of shelter but the wind didn’t seem to have improved very much!
Nicky and Victoria managed to get away at lunchtime and we managed to book them on the train to Waterloo tomorrow as they hope to visit London Zoo. Their hotel in Southampton is nice and they are enjoying the swimming pool.
Izzy and Tilly are here and have been glazing some pots that were recently fired. Think the pottery kiln has been a good investment.
