Is this a hot property

The estate agent arrived to take some particulars & photos for the blurb, she also came bearing some very promising news, a client very interested in the property as an investment. Very keen, been and taken a look from the outside, he had phoned twice to ask if they had been to the property. She has just rung me now to make an appointment this Thursday morning for a visit with the investor. Fingers crossed, this could be just the outcome we need.  They have no properties for sale on their books, a desperate shortage, new properties being built at both ends of the town are being moved into as soon, or even before the plaster has dried. It's bonkers!!!
Now off to make a pasty for tea .. I'm cheating, just taken a packet of ready rolled puff out of the freezer. I normally make shortcrust but can't be bothered. Hope it works. I've got a very vocal critic ... LOL!!
