Cyclamen

The little cyclamen I used a few days ago have now opened for their last hurrah. 
Tiny Tuesday gave me an opportunity to re-use them. The centre shows the tiny reproductive organs about to open up.
I went to the local zoo today with friends who were looking after their grand daughter for the day. It rained and we all got wet.  Most of the animals had good sense and stayed in their beds though we did witness a brief argument between the wolves. We enjoyed the interaction session when one of the keepers did a 'show and touch' - he brought out cockroaches, African snails and some huge stick insects. The kids were enthralled and were allowed to hold them, if they wished.!
A warm cup of coffee and a toastie soon revived us and eventually the sun came out just in time to return home!
