Walking, and an ultrasound
We went walking with our Tuesday morning group and, by taking it at a medium pace I managed to get up and down one or two hills without too much trouble. After we’d finished the walk we went to Auckland Radiology where I had an appointment for an ultrasound on my left shoulder, which I fell on when I got thrown off my bike on the Alps to Ocean Trail. Fortunately, there doesn’t appear to be any damage, so that was good news.
I took the blip at the bottom of the steps leading down to Mission Bay from Bastion Point. They are mosaic medallions, created by artists Graham Tipene and John Botica.
